Green Spring Valley Hounds recognizes that the future not only of our sport, but of the preservation of the open lands and forests, rests on the shoulders of the next generation. To that end, Green Spring provides numerous opportunities for young riders to experience the thrill of foxhunting amid the beautiful Baltimore County countryside. From our historic partnership with the Green Spring Hounds Pony Club, now in its 51st year, to the annual summer Pony Camp for riders 6-13, to late summer "Cubbing Camp", and numerous competitions and events, Green Spring Valley Hounds strives to introduce aspiring equestrians and future preservationists to the larger world outside the riding ring.
